The series “Estrelas”, portuguese word for stars, is about portraying important Brazilian artists and personalities. The choice was to represent those who were and still are relevant for the ongoing construction of the Brazillian Culture in the Visual Arts, Music, Fashion, Literature, Cinema and Television, reflecting the culture itself and its political and societal problems. From the most shiny to the fading ones, but all equally important for Brazilian cultural constelation.
